including the free UPS ground shipping, was not the lowest (nor the highest)
around, but they had the item in stock and delivered it as promised, when
promised. After I ordered the product online, the store sent me a confirmation
email with estimated shipping date and the price charged to my credit card.
When the item shipped, I received another email confirming the shipping, then
continued to track UPS shipping on-line. The product arrived in good condition
